An Idea for Mock Spam

Spam is delicious!! But I can't afford to buy it that often...
I thought it looked pretty similar to fish sausage though so I gave this recipe a try.
This is a filling used for sandwich-shaped onigiri (rice balls). A generous amount of Krazy Salt will help it go well with the rice. Recipe by Yui mama

Spam Musubi Spam Musubi
The Spam musubi I had when I went to Hawaii on vacation were delicious, so I bought a ton of Spam! I tried to replicate the flavor of the Spam musubi I had in Hawaii at home.Fat will come out of the Spam when you pan fry it, so don't use additional oil. I cut the Spam into 6 pieces this time. The Spam was sliced a bit thinner in Hawaii, so if you cut it into 8 slices it should be closer to the original. Recipe by Wathirokoro cookpad.japan -
