Sauteed the onions for about 3 to 5minutes...

Add your tomatoes until they are well cooked... Add the bell pepper and the sweet corn together to add the flavor because we don't want them to cook so much.

Cover for three minutes. Open up add a pinch of salt.. you can add any spice of your choice. For now I won't add any spice.. add your left over rice

Do not over mix your mixture like I did.. we still learning... Serve with anything of your choice.. I served the vegetable rice with fried chicken.
