  • 1/2 cuprice
  • 1/2 cupmoong dal
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 3/4 cupjagarry
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 2coconut powder
  • 2 spoon cashews chopped
  • 2spoon almonds chopped
  • 2spoon raisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash both rice and dal cook it with adding milk till soft.

  2. 2

    Add jagarry mix it till melts

  3. 3

    Heat ghee fry almonds, cashews,raisins and to Pongal add coconut powder mix it and it's ready to serve.
