Firstly take up and hit the desi ghee and roast the paneer till light brown

Now take a kadhai heat the oil and add jeera and saute it now add ginger garlic paste and onion and cook till golden brown

At tomato pury add all spices and mix well now add boiled peas and required water and cook 5 to 10 minutes in medium flame

Now add paneer cashew nuts and cook 5 minutes in low flame

Off the flame and serve hot with chapati or Puri
