Tasty salmon with crispy skin and panko breadcrumbs served with egg fried rice. Healthy meal for two.
Steps

Boil rice.

Toast sesame seeds for about 5 minutes on a medium heat or until golden brown and aromatic.

Make salmon rub by combining the ingredients until mixed well.

Cut salmon into 4 fillets, leave skin on the salmon.
- 5
Rub tops of salmon with the rub.

Bake on baking paper for 12-14 mins 180°C or 160°C fan.

Fry the rice in sesame oil for a few minutes.

Add garlic, peas, soy sauce and mirin, stirring well.

Add beaten egg, stir well.

Once egg is cooked in to rice serve alongside salmon.

Garnish with sweet chili sauce. If you don't already eat the skin on the salmon I recommend you do, it's one of the best parts and it saves on food waste.
