Just Mix and Cook - Soft Matcha Pancakes

I had wanted to make this for a long time, and at last I did it. I always use store-bought pancake mix, but next time, I want to make it myself from scratch using flour.
The quantity will change depending on which kind of pancake mix you buy. As a rule, the matcha should be 5% of the mix. Then just follow the pancake mix instructions. It's that easy. Recipe by k_hagino

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Measure out each ingredient. Put the matcha in the pancake mix. Break and beat the egg and halve the mixture.
- 2
Put everything in a bowl and mix.
- 3
Heat some oil in a frying pan, then place on a wet cloth to let it cool a little. Next add half of the batter and cook.
- 4
When holes start to appear on the perimeter of the batter, flip it over and cook the other side.
- 5
Cook the rest of the batter. Get it all out of the bowl with a spatula.
- 6
Top with butter or maple syrup, (or if you don't have maple syrup honey) to taste, and it's done.
- 7
The bitterness of the matcha adds a light fragrance to these fluffy pancakes.

This is a version of "Black Bean & Okara Cake (Matcha & Kuromitsu Flavour)" -made with pancake mix. I revised the recipe after winning some sweetening black beans. If you use plain boiled beans, it will be less sweet and nice to serve with dinner. If you use matcha tea latte powder (use 2 sticks worth) instead of plain matcha tea powder, reduce the brown sugar syrup by half to adjust the sweetness.
