Steps

Take a round bowl and add wheat flour to it.

To the wheat flour add besan, chopped methi leaves, salt, red chilli powder, ajjwain and 1 to 2 tbsp oil.

Mix them well and knead the dough…. Make sure it is little tight as compared to chapattis.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll the poori and fry them.

You may serve it aloo curry… Pickle… curd… chutney or enjoy it with tea as a snack.
