Steps

Wash properly and chop green methi leaves, raddish and carrot..

Take a kadai, add mustard oil, geat on medium flame.. Add hing and chopped green chillies.

Now add chopped carrot, saute it for couple of minutes.
Add raddish, mix well. Cook for couple of minutes.
Add chopped methi leaves, combine well. - 4
Add salt, turmeric powder. Cover a lid, cook for 2 minutes..

Now add lemon juice, red chilli powder and coriander powder..
Turn off gas, sabzi should be little crunchy to enhance more taste and texture.. - 6
Ready to serve, hot and nutritious sabzi, specially for winter season with hot roti, puri, paratha as per choice..
