Mooli or shaljum cheel Kar wash karein.. cut karein...

Leaves bhi cut karein... Achi tarha wash karein

Mooli or shaljum me Thora sa Pani add karein.. cover Kar k boil karein 25 minutes.. phr leaves add karein or 5 minutes mazeed boil karein... Or Pani sec nikal lein

Oil me zeera, crush Kia hua lehsan or kuti kal mirch add karein..Thora sa chamcha chalaen.tamatar add karein Thora sa cook karein or sabzi add Kar dein.. mix karein or Hari mirch 2 piece me cut kar k add Kar dein

Cover Kar k 15 minutes cook karein.. salt add karein.. phr cover hata Kar medium to high flame Kar Pani Khushk karein...
