Steps

Marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Marinate for 15 mins

In a wok add 4 Tbsp ghee and add the sliced onions. Fry on medium heat and set aside on a kitchen towel. In a bowl add hot water and cashew nuts and soak for 10 mins

Add the fried onions and cashew nuts to a blender and adding little water make a paste. Set aside

In the same wok and add rest of the ghee and add whole garam masala. Add marinated chicken. Fry on high heat for 5 mins.

In a bowl add curd, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and whisk well.

Add this curd to the chicken and at the same time keep stirring. On low flame cook covered for 25 mins stirring in intervals

Add the fried onion-cashew nut paste and keep covered for 5 mins on low flame. Keep stirring in intervals

Add saffron infused water, keora water and salt. Mix well. Cook covered for 3 mins

Plate and enjoy
