    Slice the yam (you can decide to remove the skin or not)

    Put the sliced yam in a deep bucket and pour hot water on it

  3. 3

    Leave it in the water for 1 hr

  4. 4

    Remove and spread out on net to dry

  5. 5

    With proper sun, this should take between 4-5 days to dry properly.

  6. 6

    Then take to the mill for grinding

    Be sure to sieve it after grinding.
