Ingredients

20 to 30 minute
2 people
  • For pavbhaji
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbsp+2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tspjeera
  • Pinchhing
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 3medium size potatoes
  • 1/2 cupgreen peas
  • 3/4 cupchopped cauliflower
  • 1 tsppav bhaji masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 cupwater
  • 3medium size tomatoes
  • 1 inchginger
  • 6-8garlic cloves
  • 5socked kashmiri red chilli
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1 tspkashmiri red chilli
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 2.5 tbsppavbhaji masala
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1/2Lemon juice
  • as required Some coriander leaves
  • as requiredButter
  • For roasting pav
  • 1/2 tspbutter
  • 1/4 tsppavbhaji masala
  • as requiredSome coriander leaves
  • aLadi pav

Steps

20 to 30 minute
  1. 1

    Add potatoes, cauliflower, green peas and 2 cups water in cooker, cover the lid and pressure cook vegetables for 3 whistle on medium flame.
    Tip: you can add more vegetables as per your choice.

    Now take dry kashmiri red chilli and sock it in warm water for 15 minutes.

    Now take a mixture jar and add dry red chilli,8 to 10 garlic cloves,salt,as per taste, water and mixture it well.

    Take a pan and add oil, butter, cumin seeds and mix it.

    Now add chopped onion.cook onian till it become translucent.

    Now add grinded red chilli garlic paste for 2 minutes.on that time add chopped capsicum mix well for 2 or 3 minutes.

    Now add all cooked vegetables and add chopped tomatoes.and salt to taste, coriander powder, turmeric powder,and pav bhaji masala and mix it well.mashed all vegetables very nicely with vegetable masher.

    Now add 1 glass water and mix it with masher.

  10. 10

    Now 4 to 5 minutes cook it.then add lemon juice, kasuri methi, coriander leaves, butter and mix it.

  11. 11

    For roasting pav:
    Heat butter in a pan,add little pav bhaji masala, coriander leaves and mix well.

  12. 12

    Make a slit into the pav and roast it both sides.

  13. 13

    Serve pav bhaji with butter.
