I had some leftover raclette cheese in the fridge, so I tried making a quiche with it. Honestly, it turned out great—though it was a bit fragrant too!

I had some leftover raclette cheese in the fridge, so I tried making a quiche with it. Honestly, it turned out great—though it was a bit fragrant too!

Prepare the pie crust.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the chicken breast into pieces. In a skillet, cook the chicken with a little oil or butter. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add the mustard and mix well.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream.

Roll out the pie crust in a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork. Spread the chicken over the crust, pour the egg and cream mixture on top, and finish with the slices of raclette cheese.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
