Fajita Pizza is exactly as it sounds — everything you love about chicken fajitas tossed onto a cheesy golden crust!
Usually chicken used in fajita is in strips form but I cut it in cubes,you can use fajita or tacos seasoning in it too instead of spices, capsicum are out of season so I skipped them

For dough
3 cupsflour
1 tbspsalt
1 tbspyeast
2 tbspoil
2 tbspsugra
1 tbspbaking powder
Lukewarm water as required
Fajita
100 gchicken cubes
1 TSPsalt
1 tbspred chilli powder
1/2 TSPchili flakes
2 tbsplemon juice
2 tbspyoghurt
For topping
Pizza sauce as required
1 cupMozzarella cheese
1 cupcheddar cheese
Olives
Tomato chunks

In chicken add ginger garlic paste yoghurt a d all spices

Lemon juic oil and mix it, marinate it for 30 minutes

In wok add marinated chicken and cook it until it becomes soft

Give coal smoke but it's optional,

Make dough by mixing all ingredients and let it rise for 2 hours then take it out make medium size ball Flatten it

Prick with fork put pizza sauce,put Mozzarella and cheddar cheese

Put chicken chunks, remaining cheeses and then tomato and olive,baje it in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes
