Pineapple Halwa
Steps

Put pineapple chunks in mixer to make fine paste.

Add ghee to the wok. Add semolina and stir continuously.

Onces golden brown and fragrant, transfer to plate.

Now transfer the pineapple paste to the pan, turn on the flame.

Add sugar and continue cooking until sugar dissolved.

Add 2 cups of water in it,followed by roasted semolina.

Cook the mixture on low flame until the semolina puffs up.

Add dry fruits to the halwa. Add cardmon powder and mix everything well.

Cook halwa until it gets thick.

Garnish the halwa with chopped nuts.
