  1. 1 bunchmethi wash, clean,
  2. 6-7finely chopped garlic petals,
  3. 1 chopped Onion
  4. 2boiled potatoes cut into pieces
  5. 2 tsp oil,
  6. 1/2 tsp haldi,
  7. 1/2 tsp mirchi powder,
  8. as per taste salt
  9. 2 tsp sugar

    Chop methi, garlic, onion

    In pan add oil, rai, hing.Add garlic, onion. Saute 5 minutes.

    Add methi, haldi, mirchi powder

  4. 4

    Cook till done.Add boiled potatoes, salt, sugar. Cook 2-3 minutes
