Steps

Take carrot, ginger, and green chili in a mixture jar and make a paste.

Transfer in a mixing bowl. Add maida and wheat flour. (You can take only wheat flour or only maida)

Add oil, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add water and knead medium soft dough. Cover it and give rest for 10 minutes.

Take some portion from the dough and flatten it triangle shape.

Roast both sides on hot Tawa with oil.

Sprinkle grated cheese and carrot and let microwave it for 30 seconds to melt Cheese.

Our carrot paratha is ready to Serve.
