Ingredients

20 minutes
  • Garri
  • 1 cansardine
  • 1 headlettuce
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1green pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • cubeMaggi
  • Yaji
  • Onion

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add water to Garri and rinse out thoroughly. Squeeze out all the water you possibly can. Fluff out the Garri.

  2. 2

    Open your sardine, turn out to a bowl and mash it.

  3. 3

    Add sardine to the Garri. Add chopped lettuce, tomatoes, sweet pepper, and onion.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle maggi cube and yaji.

  5. 5

    Lastly drizzle with vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients. Serve and enjoy.
