Ingredients

  1. Hummus
    Hummus
  2. 1big beef sujuk - sausage
  3. Drizzle of olive oil + vegetable oil
  4. Pine nuts
  5. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the sujuk’s outer skin. Cut the sujuk into small slices

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the sujuk. 3 minutes on each side

  3. 3

    2 minutes before you remove from the heat add the pine nuts and fry until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add on top of the hummus with its oil and serve with pita bread!
