Steps

Boil jaggery,2 teaspoons ghee,1/2 cup water in the heated pan. Add food-grade color.

Boil gur till it properly boiled, and keep aside.

Add ghee in the heated pan, add dry fruits and fry lightly and keep aside.

Now add water to the same pan give a mix, add fried dry fruits, and continue to saute till the semolina is thickened.

Now add gur syrup and mix evenly everything and continue to saute till the semolina is well cooked.
