Preheat the wok, add salted butter, add Greenland Halibut, sprinkle with black pepper. Add thyme, grill one side at a time, flipping over when golden brown.

Truffle seasoning sauce, start with add butter and virgin olive oil into the preheat wok. Add red onion, stir fry until clear. Add garlic and dills. Stir fry until fragrant. Add fresh cream. Seasoning with truffle, mustard powder, black pepper, salt and squeeze the lemon. Then pour the sauce over the roasted Greenland Halibut, garnish with cucumber. Ready to serve.
