Steps

Take red chili wash it nicely and dry it well.

Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds, garlic cloves, imli, fry it well.

Add red chili fry it well and cook it nicely.

Add Jaggery mix it well and cook it for 10min. And cool it down.

Take a Mixture jar put fried ingredients of red chili grind it in a fine paste.

It is ready for serve with chapati, dosa, idli, and rice.
