Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes well.
    Wrap them wet in aluminium foil and roast in the oven at 150°C for 60 minutes.

    Turn off the heat and leave to cool for 30 minutes before serving.

  3. 3

    This is sticky, sweet and delicious!
    Hold it in your hand or use a spoon or fork to eat the part that's not the skin.
