Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cupGreek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoonmayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespooneach
  • Sumac
  • Dry mint
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 3 tablespoonolive oil extra virgin
  • Salad
  • 1 headmedium Red cabbage
  • Cancorn
  • Canchick peas
  • 1/4 cupchopped green onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped parsley
  • Cupshredded carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix everything in dressing set it on the side

  2. 2

    Cabbage need to be dipped in boiling water for 5 minutes then put in ice cold water to stop cooking then chopped bite-size

  3. 3

    Corn and the chick peas need to be washed

  4. 4

    Add all the ingredients of the salad together and then add the dressing enjoy
