This is a twist in normal Vanilla cake..I hv given a twist of thandai...with onset of summer thandai is often made in our home...it's cool flavour is liked by everyone so I used in cake

Steps

Take castor sugar,oil,butter,curd in a mixing bowl and whisk it properly

Once everything is mixed...seive maida,baking powder, baking soda

Add all these dry ingredients in wet ingredients

Now mix well and add thandai mix
- 5
Mix it again by cut and fold method... gradually add milk to get required consistency.

Grease the cake tin with some butter.dust some flour it...add cake mixture...also top it with roasted dry fruits

Bake it in preheated oven for 30 mins at 120 degree

After its done. remove it frm mould after its cools down

Serve it with evening Elaichi tea
