Dhokla

Dhokla is a vegetarian food item that originates from the Indian State of Gujarat. It is made with a fermented batter derived from rice and Chana dal. Dhokla can be eaten for breakfast, as a main course, as a side dish snack.
Here I have made a slight change.
I have used idli batter for making dhokla.
Making this dhokla is very super fast and easy.

Take 1 bowl of idli batter add the green chilli, ginger,garlic paste and salt as per taste. Mix well and put the batter in greased plate.

Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes till dhoklas are cooked.
Than take the plate out sprinkle some oil and red chilli powder and cut them in diamond shape. - 3
Dhokla is ready to serve with hot chai and chutney.
