Ingredients

  1. 1wild rabbit
  2. Olive oil
  3. 4onions
  4. 1plate of peeled tomatoes
  5. 1red paprika
  6. 1garlic
  7. 1 glasswhite wine
  8. 2-3carrots
  9. Oregano
  10. Black pepper
  11. 1 spoonbutter
  12. Salt
  13. 1 glasswater
  14. 1chili pepper
  15. 1 cuprosemary

    Cut the rabbit in small pieces and put in water for 1-2 hours, change the water 2-3 times. Put the rabbit in boiling water for 10 minutes, after that put it out of water until dry, cook fry the rabbit pieces with olive oil until red color.

    Prepare separately the onions, tomatoes, carrots, red paprika, 4-5 garlic kernels, chopping them.

    In a pressure cooker fry initially the chopped onions will olive oil, add step by step add garlic, carrots, tomatoes, red paprika, a spoon of butter, and cook for 5 minutes. Add a glass of white wine, after that add the rabbit pieces, chili peper, oregano, rosemary, a glass of water.

    Let it cook under pressure for 35 minutes medium heat. Enjoy
