    Place a saucepan over medium heat, pour milk into the pan.
    Add crushed whole cardamom.

    When the milk comes to a slight boil, add ground tea,
    Add sugar Let the milk come to a boil. and boil for 2 minutes.

    Enjoy with, cakes/biscuits.

    You can also add crushed ginger for additional taste.

    Now switch off the flame and remove the pan from the heat.
    Strain the tea into a mug.
