As the name suggests, super yummy Fritters made with some freshly chopped Radish Leaves. Absolutely tempting and easily done in the comforts of our home sweet home. With a few spices along with Gram Flour or Besan, we are good to go. Dedicated to mom with love.

Pure and homemade with lots of love added to them makes these beautiful looking Fritters even more delicious and lip-smacking. The Green Leaves add to a subtle flavour and texture thereby imparting a unique aroma to these Fritters.
And not to forget, these are also relished at Tea-time or Shaam Ki Chai with family and friends on any day.
These or any other Fritters are actually an addiction and we Indians just can't do without them. We whip up these goodies at a slightest pretext and are ever ready to make them for our folks.

Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

Make a thick yet a fluffy batter using all the ingredients mentioned for making these delicious Fritters or Pakoras. The batter should not be watery. As Onions have a tendency of leaving water. Therefore use water as required. Give it a standing time of at least 20 minutes. It's a must for flavours to infuse and also for fluffy Fritters.

Drop small balls of the batter into hot Oil and deep fry on a medium-high heat only. Keep turning the sides at regular intervals so that they cook well inside out. The Oil should be hot and fry in batches of 2 or 3 until golden and crisp. Serve with a hot cup of tea or coffee at tea-time or even for choti moti bhook. Enjoy!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
