Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupghee
  2. 2 cupwhole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  4. 1 spoongreen cardemom powder
  5. 1/2 Cupchopped almonds
  6. 1/4 cupchop pistachio

Cooking Instructions

    Add almonds pistachio sugar green cardemom two blender grind in powder Set aside

  2. 2

    Hit ghee in heavy bottom pan till it's melted add flour mix nicely in ghee start slow roasting flour while starring do not give up

  3. 3

    On flour until nice nuty aroma is relased and color in change (like biscuits)

    When ghee is started collecting sides transfer to a white mixing bowl add sugar dry fruits the flour will start coming together to bind

  5. 5

    Grease your palms with ghee take one -two table spoon of flour mixture and shape it into rounds like ball's.

    You're healthy wheatfloor laddu are ready. Store it in an air tight countainer.
