Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients well and gradually add warm water, mix well to form a smooth firm dough.

Let rest for 30 minutes or more.

Add enough water to cook the meat. Add the grated onion and pepper and seasoning of choice.

Cover and let cook till done. Set aside.

For the filling, fry the minced meat in a little oil till it turns light.

Roll out the dough and cut into circles (you can do any shape you prefer like I did 😋).

Spoon the fillings into the center of the circle, fold and use fork to close the ends.

Knead the dough a little and divide into 2 parts (you can roll out without dividing the dough).

Deep fry meat pie in hot oil on medium low heat until golden brown

Cover fried meat pie in an airtight container to keep it soft. Enjoy crunchy meat pie 😋😋 as a snack
