Prepare 100ml Dashi soup with reference to instruction from the Bonito sauce

Add 2 TABLEspoon cooking wine, 2 TABLEspoon Mirin, 1 Cup light soy sauce and 2 teaspoon sugar to the soup and mix well

Fry ginger puree, followed by onion slices until golden

Add the soup and boil until onion soften thoroughly

Add beef and cook with medium-low heat
- 6
Serve with rice
