  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1pinch hing
  4. 1tbsp ajwain red chilli powder
  5. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  6. As Per Taste Salt
  7. as required Oil for frying
  8. as per needFresh curd 1cup or any other dip

    Cut chapati in picces keep aside

    Take a bowl add besan and spices mix with water and make batter add 1tbsp hot oil in it mix well

  3. 3

    Dip chapati in besan and fry in hot oil.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with fresh curd any chutney
