Put the spinach leaves in boiling water. After 1-2 minutes drain it and immediately transfer to cold water. This process is called blanching. Drain the water completely.

To parboil the green peas, boil the green peas for 4-5 minutes. Then drain the water and let it cool.

Once the spinach and green peas cool down, grind it with coriander leaves. Add around 2 tablespoon of water for grinding if required.

Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer by setting it at temperature of 180 degrees for 4 minutes..

The green mixture will be ready like a fine mixture (not too coarse).

To the green mixture, add roasted besan, dry mango powder, all spice mix powder, green chilli paste, breadcrumbs and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients together.

Take a small round portion of the above prepared mixture, place it between the palms and press slightly giving it a round shape. You can make any shape of your choice.

Press the cashew nut over it. Apply oil only on the green part of the kabab. Grease the grill of the air fryer with oil and place the kababs.

Set the Air fryer at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. After 10 minutes apply oil on kabab for shining.

Hara Bhara Kabab in Air Fryer is ready to serve with chutney or ketchup.
