In a blender jar add the dried rose petals, Almonds and cashews

Add the Saffron and cardamom powder and grind it

Add sugar and curd and grind for 2 mins

Transfer the Lassi into the serving glasses

Add 1 tsp Malai.This is fresh cream that we get on Buffalo milk

Garnish with some slivered nuts amd rose buds
- 7
Serve chill
