Steps

Wash the raw mango & pressure cook it for 3 whistles.

Once the pressure releases open the lid & transfer it to a big bowl.

Mash the raw mango & remove the skin & seed from it.

Blend it & then strain the puree.

Add chilled water, all the spices & mix well.
- 6
Put ice cubes in a serving glass & pour the aam panna to it.
- 7
Enjoy chilled aam panna.
