Ingredients

  • 3 lbLebnah
  • 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  • 1/3 cupcrushed walnuts
  • 2 clovesgarlic minced
  • 1/2 cupzaater
  • 1/4 cupdry crushed mint fine
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonred hot pepper crushed mixed with paprika
  • 4 tablespoonolive oil
  • Olive oil enough to cover the Shanklish

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the labnah in cheese bag over night With heavy weight so it Drain all the water in it you want it to dry as possible in the refrigerator

    Add all the ingredients on top and mix well

    Add some little olive oil in your hand and scoop some of the dough and roll it

    Roll in Zaater and keep in-your fridge dipped in olive oil
