Take 450ml of milk, fresh or boiled, let it Summer and boil on medium flame, add 4 spoon of custard powder in 50 ml of cold milk, mix well.

Add the custard milk in the boiling milk, stir it till it thickens a little

Add 200gms of sugar, agai stir for 5 mins. Let it cool by itself then keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Take 100-150ml fresh cream, whisk it thoroughly till it becomes very light and fluffy

Add the cool milk custard mixture in this cream, whisk it again, add fruit cuts, cardamom, dry fruits

Let it freeze for minimum 5-6 hours or overnight for best results.

Now ready to serve and eat delicious ice cream
