Ingredients

1-2 servings

200 grradishes
1 tbhoney
1 tbolive oil
Pinchcinnamon
Salt to taste

Clean the radishes and cut very thin

Preheat oven 170°C

Blanch for 1 min. Dry with kitchen towel.

Drizzle with rest of ingredients and toss.
Put on a baking mat or baking paper

Bake for 15 min. Drop the temp of oven to 140 and bake for another 20 min

Serve with yoghurt dip
