Palak/spinach Rice

Wash and soak basmati rice for 20min.

Blanch spinach leaves and makes a puree with coriander leaves.

Heat oil/ghee add jeera chopped veggies chana saute for a while then add green chilli paste, ginger paste cook for few minutes, then add rice and mix it well add salt jeera powder,garam masala and cook till soft.

Palak rice is ready can be served with raita/dal.
