  • 8 ozsmoked Salmon
  • 4 ozRicotta cheese
  • 3 ozheavy cream
  • 3 TBLsfresh lemon juice
  • 1 TBLsfresh Dill
  • 3 dashesWorcestershire sauce
  • 4 dashespiri-piri sauce
  • 1 TBLscapers, rinsed
  • 1red onion, minced

    In a food processor, add the salmon, ricotta, cream, lemon juice, dill, Worcestershire and piri-piri. Blend until smooth. Season to taste.

  2. 2

    Place the red onion, capers and a ramekin of the mousse on a platter for service.
