Farali Fruit Custard

Grind the sabudana in a mixer. Then sift this powder through a sieve.

Now, boil the milk in a pan, then add sugar and mix. When the sugar melts, add sabudana powder and mix well. Now add saffron, cardamom powder and stir. Turn off the gas flame after 5 minutes.

Now after the milk cools down, freeze it for 2 hours. Then add all the chopped fruits in cold milk, mix and leave to freeze again for 1/2 hour.

So, Farali fruit custard is ready.
