This recipe is an adaption of my grandmother's Rice and Bean Dish.

In a large saute pan add olive till it warms up at add onions saute for a minute or 2 add water, rice and lima put on high heat till it comes to a boil put lid on and turn to low and cook for 30 minutes

In a medium saute pan add butterl and garlic saute till fragrant don't burn, add clam juice once it comes to a simmer add clams and Shrimp and linguica, you can saute Linguica in a separate pan to get a sear on them.

Once clams pop open and shrimp is pink and cooked through set aside

Get a platter place Rice and beans on it then top with clams. Linguica abd shrimp decorate with Kale and 😉 enjoy
