Ingredients

35 mins
  • 125 gbutter
  • 200 gwhite chocolate
  • 100g dark chocolate (optional)
  • 2eggs
  • 80 gcaster sugar
  • 20 gbrown sugar (light)
  • 0.5 tspvanilla extract
  • 130 gGF plain flour
  • Pinchsalt
  • Mini eggs!

    Preheat oven 180’

  2. 2

    Melt half of the white chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan. Remove and let it cool slightly.

    Whisk together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Then add to the melted chocolate mix

    Sift in the flour and salt. Break up the remaining chocolate and add to the mix!

    Place baking parchment in a tray, pour the mix in and place in oven for 30-35mins

  6. 6

    Add mini eggs and eat everything!
