Assemble ingredients. Mashed potatoes

Mash green peas also and mix with mashed potatoes and mix all spices + ginger + bread crumbs + corn flour.
Take medium size portion from mixture and give shape of cutlets. - 3
Coat cutlets with corn flour and drop in heated oil.

Shallow fry both sides till golden brown and crisp.

Cutlets is ready to serve. Sprinkle rock salt.

Serve with tomato sauce and cucumber slices.
