Dahi Vada recipe is very special, refreshing and soothing in summer. Especially the green chutney and tamarind and Sounth chutney, make this delicious dahi Vada recipe ever more tasty and tempting.
I have used mash dal and chana dal, soaked and paste to make the dahi vada.
Steps

Clean, wash and soak both the dals and methi seeds, overtime.

Discard excess water and grind dals, methi seeds, ginger, hing and green chilli to a smooth paste. Allow to ferment the ground paste for two hours.

Heat oil and make vadas. Fry om medium flame till golden. Bring down and allow to soak in a bowl of water for 30 minutes to get soft vadas.

Arrange the vadas on a plate. Add whisked fresh curd with salt, both green and sweet tamarind chutney, roasted cumin powder, chill flakes, black salt. Serve the delicious Dahi Vada recipe and enjoy with family and friends.
