Crispy crust loaded up with cheese and your favourite toppings, pizza pocket snacking just got amazingly delicious. It is an appetizer with a surprise inside. A nice chicken filling, pizza sauce and lots of cheese inside a pizza parcel.

Mozzarella cheese as required
Pizza Sauce as required

Make 3 equal balls.

Take egg, black olives, peri peri powder, pizza seasoning.

Take one ball of dough and spread it flat in a rectangular shape with a rolling pin. Now spread some pizza sauce and add the chicken mixture prepared in center.

Add mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning,peri peri powder

Fold one side then another side and cut into 3 pieces.

Take a baking tray and spread the butter paper.

Place the pieces in the tray and spread egg wash on top. Spread cheese on top, place black olives and sprinkle some red chilli flakes.

Now place the tray in preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°C

Pizza pockets are ready. Serve hot with any sauce 😋.
