Cook Prunes in Rum with sugar if required, till soft, leave to cool then melt Chocolate with knob of Butter, leave to cool then add whisked egg yolks, & prunes. Whisk egg whites & sprinkle in sugar, fold in gently.

Pour into chocolate dusted tin & cook for 45 mins on 180 degrees.

Dip knife in hot water before cutting. Can be served with cream or Chocolate sauce.
