Firstly clean and give long cut in middle of all whole bhindis,apply oil in whole bhindis and keep them on tandoori grill cook them from all sides,make sure it will not burn,it give smoky tastes.

After that take out in plates and sprinkle lemon juice on them.

Otherside take pan and add 3/4 Tsp oil,add cumin seeds,green chilli once it splitter add chopped tomatoes-onions,saute them til soften golden brown.

Now add pinch turmeric powder,1tsb red powder,2tsp-cotiender powder,garam masala,1tsp gram flour,1tsp-curd.mix them properly

Add half cub water,let it cook for 5 mins then add smoky bhindis in gravy masala.and add kasuri methi,cook for 5 mins more.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot tandoori masala bhindis with roti,naan.
