Dice the Irish and cook half done
Cut your carrots and onions - 3
In a pan, put in about 2 tbs of oil and add in the beef
Allow to cook on both side until brown - 4
Add in the carrot, onions and Irish potato
At this stage you can use any veggies of your choice
Add in water and let it cook on a medium heat - 5
Mix a tbs of flour with water making a watery flour paste, this is serving as a thickener, you can use corn flour
If it's too watery for you, you can still add more flour paste
Add the thickener into the pan and stir
You can use this sauce as your meat pie fillings(that of pie should be thicker) - 6
If its too thick you can as water
Enjoy
